I would be remiss if I failed to share my experience with Matt Humberger, an associate of The Gutting Group/Keller Williams. I had the task of selling my 98 year old mother-in-law's house. After losing her only child, my husband of 50 years, she was no longer able to live alone in a home that she lived in for 65 years.
