WE ARE HIRING!!! Transaction Coordinator / Executive Assistant
We are looking for a full time administrative assistant / transaction coordinator for our real estate team, Gutting Group Real Estate Services of Keller Williams Realty.
Full time position. Monday through Friday, no weekends and real nights (maybe an occasional text or phone call). Office is located in Carmel, Indiana.
Responsibilities include:
- Transaction Management. Managing our listing transactions throughout the PENDING process. Communicating with cross agent, title company, lender, coordinating inspection repairs, etc.
- Preparing listing appointment and comparative market analysis
- Managing and maintaining all reports (P&L, Lead Tracking, goals, etc)
- Answering phones, keeping calendar, payroll and more
Candidate must be highly detailed, checklist oriented, team player, goal driven, passionate, strong work ethic, desire to learn and grow and have the ability to work within an environment where days are not the exact same.
